Our History

Since 1994, Positive People has been assisting businesses of all sizes in New Zealand with their HR requirements across a range of industries. That’s 17 years all told so we have a very good idea of what your company’s needs are likely to be.
We believe that Performance Management is at the core of HR. Our suite of comprehensive and integrated products and services include Performance Management Tools, Staff Development Training, Recruitment, Human Resource Policy Development, HR Consulting and Climate Surveys.
