All training modules are conducted over half a day at your place of business to ensure minimal disruption to your management operation. Content is tailored to the needs of your business and all participants are provided with a workbook and full course notes.

We try to restrict numbers for each module to between 6 to 12 participants to ensure full participation from everyone and provide a telephonic help desk free to all participants, once training has been completed. This allows them to ask any further questions relating to their particular circumstances.
